WE DO NOT OFFER FLATS AND HOTEL SERVICES. 1 - CHECK-IN: from 3:00 p.m. - (24h) Early check-in is only possible if the apartment is available and upon payment of a fee equal to 60% of the daily rate (payment via PIX or bank transfer). CHECK-OUT: by 11 a.m. No change in check-out time will be allowed. If necessary, for your convenience, change the departure date to the next day. 2 - COMMERCIAL GARAGE IN THE SAME BUILDING - (apartment does not have a parking space) We have no commercial relationship with the parking lot. No early bird reservation is made. Payment is made directly at the window. 3 - FACIAL BIOMETRIC REGISTRATION - MANDATORY At check-in, when registering, your permission to be photographed will be required. All guests registered in the reservation, as well as visitors, must send a photo of the document in advance and will be photographed at the reception. When booking, correctly enter the number of people who will be staying in the apartment. Unregistered TEMPORARY TENANT will NOT be allowed to ENTER the condominium. Minors only if accompanied by the legal guardian. Note: Only temporary tenants listed on the reservation and with a photo of their ID sent in advance will be registered. Short-term rental is a different experience, you are renting an apartment in a residential condominium, where we make our house available so that you can feel at ease in Curitiba. APARTMENT INFORMATION KITCHEN: Sink with hot water (gas heating), 2-burner electric cooktop stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, pots, cutlery, crockery and basic utensils so you can prepare your day-to-day meals. Washer and Dryer BEDROOM/LIVING ROOM: Hot/cold air-conditioning, box bed, 2 large closets, hangers, Smart TV, workstation, sofa bed. BATHROOM: Shower with hot water - central heating - and great pressure, providing a quality and relaxing bath, hairdryer. Iron and ironing board. The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of the guest. Our team is always at your disposal GENERAL GUIDELINES: - The apartment is delivered with bed and bath linens, prepared according to the number of guests, including blankets and covers, and also hotel amenities (shampoo, soap, conditioner, toilet paper, etc.). We do not leave towels for use in the pool. - During your stay, we do not exchange linens or replace amenities. Extra linen or cleaning in the apartment may be requested during the stay, but an additional fee will be charged. - We DO NOT accept third-party bookings. Before making a reservation for someone else, please contact us to check the possibility and authorize it. CONDOMINIUM SOCIAL AREA - READ BECAUSE IT IS IMPORTANT - NOTE: Do not rent the apartment if it is only to use the social area or swimming pool, as the operation may be interrupted for maintenance, without prior notice. If that occurs, no refund will be given. - Guests can freely use the condominium's leisure areas during business hours - SWIMMING POOL, GYM, free of charge, as a courtesy and at no additional charge. - Best Stay does not manage the social areas of the condominium and also does not have autonomy over them. We only follow all the rules of the administration, which also apply to all residents. We are not responsible for the operation and maintenance of the social areas, which are subject to shutdowns and closures for maintenance without prior notice. - Closure or interruption of the operation of the social areas for maintenance or malfunction can occur at any time during your stay, and are mandatory for all residents, permanent and temporary. - The interruption of a certain social area, when it occurs, will not entitle the guest to a refund of amounts or discounts on the stay, considering that such areas are free to use and no additional amounts are charged for the use of these areas. - The use of the social areas will only be allowed for registered guests, and cannot be extended to invitees and visitors. - The use of the paid areas of the Condominium, SOCIAL HALL and BARBECUE GRILL are for the exclusive use of the Condominium members. - We do not rent the apartment for Parties and Events, or only for use of the social areas.
