By the sea you are about 30 minutes by car :-). Particularly beautiful is the location in the immediate vicinity of Lake Großer Plöner See. In summer it is wonderfully relaxing in this environment and in winter the trees reveal the view and you can enjoy the direct view of the lake! The stairs to the lake can be used at your own risk - hopefully it will also be renewed at some point - unfortunately the planning in a community of owners always takes a little longer ;-) At the lake you can take a leisurely stroll, for example, to the city center and to Prinzeninsel :-) Rating We thank you in advance for an honest review - via Airbnb (request comes automatically after the stay) - Internet Maps (#Charming Living Plön#) Guest access Guests can relax on the barely visible terrace. Garden furniture is provided. In front of the windows is a large lawn facing Lake Plön. Arrival and departure are arranged individually. Other things to note First, a note on the spa tax in Plön: Currently, a tax of €1.50/day per adult is charged in the summer months. From 2023, a year-round tax is planned. The accommodation in general For visitors to the beautiful city of Plön in Holstein Switzerland, we rent a small cozy apartment where you can relax on about 40 square meters. It is a 2-room apartment, consisting of a small bedroom, a living area with open kitchen, a bathroom and two small hallways. As mentioned above, we have carried out a high-quality and sustainable renovation and implemented this in the furnishings and equipment. For example, local craft companies were commissioned, German and European and, if possible, ecological equipment was chosen and smaller companies or start-ups were preferred. Spices such as pepper and salt, a selection of oils, as well as baking paper, coffee filters, paper towels, dishwashing tabs, etc. are a matter of course. Waste separation is widely desired. Please always collect organic waste in a small bowl. Plastic, paper and residual waste containers are available. Only glass must be disposed of in public glass containers (the nearest one is in the adjacent Breitenaustraße). There is no washing machine. Cleaning in appropriate quality vacuum cleaner, broom, cleaning utensils, etc. Location The apartment is located in a larger residential complex on Lake Plön. Right outside the door there is a private parking space which can of course be used free of charge. The direct stairs to the lake are to be renovated at some point and may be used at your own risk... the walking path by the lake can thus be reached quickly. Plön The city itself offers the beautifully renovated castle with park as well as surroundings worth seeing (Prinzenhaus Prinzeninsel etc.) and a nice little pedestrian zone with shopping and refreshment options. In the area you will find the beautiful Holstein countryside with its many excursion possibilities, in particular with excellent cycling possibilities and various boat trips on the surrounding lakes. A jetty for the Große Plöner lake tour, a mini-golf course and swimming facilities are in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. All other smaller or larger attractive cities (Malente, Eutin, Kiel, Lübeck) can be easily reached by car or train. The Baltic Sea and Timmendorfer Strand are also not far away.
