The "CASITA MIGUEL" is located above the village of Port de Sóller and enjoys a 180-degree panoramic view of the Tramuntana mountains as well as the bay with sandy beach (partial view). The space The total area of approximately 150 square meters (1,615 square feet) is divided equally between the living space, the covered private terrace with teak furniture and a double sun lounger, and the private stone garden with an outdoor kitchen and a separate seating area for your exclusive use. Here you can use the barbecue area or, on particularly hot days, enjoy the outdoor shower. There is a swimming pool, which is, of course, also available for you to use. This is the community's private pool. Please be sure to observe the posted pool rules. As with any private accommodation, you are responsible for providing all consumables and groceries yourself. Of course, you can use the entire collection of items located in the “CASITA.” However, we would like to ask you to refill used materials. The "CASITA" has a large living room with an integrated, fully equipped kitchen and dining bar. The entire living and sleeping area is covered with high-quality travertine flooring. During the winter months, the enclosed fireplace provides additional cozy warmth and a comfortable atmosphere. (The computer in the living room (iMac) is a company computer and cannot be used by our guests.) Please don't turn on the computer.) The computer desk is extendable and can, of course, be used by you as a workstation. In the drawers, you will find office supplies such as a hole punch, desk calculator, markers, and a stapler. Both inside the “CASITA” and in the terrace area, you can access the internet via free Wi-Fi. The “CASITA” has a reliable 600/600 Mbps fiber-optic internet connection. The shower room, featuring a window and all-glass door, a huge marble sink, and a river pebble floor, is equipped with electric underfloor heating and a towel warmer. The separate bedroom with floor-to-ceiling window and 160 cm double bed (incl. topper), like the living room, have air conditioning (hot/cold) with separate wireless remote controls, as well as a Samsung Smart TV (AirPlay) in each. 50 inches with sound bar in the living room and 43 inches in the bedroom. You will have access to streaming services such as SKY, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Paramount, and Apple TV. German HD channels are available via MagentaTV. You may need your personal access information. Enjoy the panoramic view from the over 50-square-meter terrace, which is about half covered. She won't let you down, even in bad weather. The "CASITA" includes the private car parking space C7 in front of the house. For the easy, optimal accessibility of the apartment and the transport of your purchases, we generally recommend a rental car (for sporty guests it is of course also possible without). You can manually lock/unlock the parking space using the key located in the apartment. If you are driving away, please lock the bracket. Do you come with your own or rented bikes? No problem - in front of the apartment entrance within the stairwell you have plenty of options and space to park it safely. As our guest, immediately after you book, you will receive comprehensive information materials that will provide you with valuable tips about the apartment itself, excursions, rental cars, restaurants, shopping options, flight bookings, and the island of Mallorca in particular. In the "CASITA" itself, you will also find a selection of informative books. Things to Note: Due to the hillside location, the "CASITA" and the pool are located on the 1st floor in two separate house areas, which can be reached by external staircases. For guests with walking difficulties, we would like to draw your attention to this fact. Tourist services of any kind are not part of the rental agreement and are also not offered. An administration fee of EUR 149 is calculated for the handover, instruction, laundry package and final cleaning. These fees are included in the booking price. Not included in the booking price is the tourist tax (ecotax). This is EUR 0.50/person for the remaining months for the first 8 days in high season (May to October). From the 9th day, 50% of the amounts will be charged. We ask that you hand over the tax in cash on site with your care, Ms. Ute Masche. Please also take advantage of our discounts for early bookings, last-minute stays, and long-term stays, as listed in the calendar. The apartment is for max. 2 guests. Please understand that even with an additional baby/toddler we cannot make an exception to this, as the apartment is not suitable for children and also the infrastructure is not available. Guest access Enjoy the entire apartment, the terrace and the outdoor kitchen with barbecue and outdoor shower for private use. To the right of the outdoor kitchen is the entrance to the "rock cave." Here you will find garden utensils, pads and the washing machine. Normally, you will be welcomed by Ms. Ute Masche, who will introduce you to the functionality of the apartment, among other things. However, it is also possible to remove the apartment key from the key box if there is a (delayed) arrival after 10 pm. You will receive the relevant information as a precaution, automatically and in good time before your arrival. Other things to note When booking, please note that due to Spanish law, we are obliged to provide your personal data online to the tourism authority. Therefore, after your booking, you will receive a corresponding data sheet, which you must fill out and send back to us. We will destroy the data sheet after the data has been transmitted to the tourism authority, and we undertake to use your data exclusively for this process. However, we will pass on your cell phone number and email address to your on-site support. I will answer them within a maximum of 1 hour. ** Airbnb fee model ** No, we have not increased our travel prices. However, Airbnb has introduced a new fee model. Until recently, all customers/guests had to pay the service fees directly and separately to Airbnb when making their booking, but Airbnb has decided that from now on, the hosts will take over this part. This means that the new travel prices fully include all fees that the host(!) has to pay to Airbnb. So, in order to receive the same net price as before the change, all(!) hosts had to adjust the overnight rates accordingly. For you as a guest, nothing changes in terms of price. Unfortunately, higher, adjusted overnight stay prices per day are now displayed in the offers. This could be confusing, but as a guest, you pay the same amount overall as before the change.
