Description

The "CASITA MIGUEL" is located above the village of Port de Sóller and enjoys a 180-degree panoramic view of the Tramuntana mountains as well as the bay with sandy beach (partial view). The space The total of approx. 150 square meters are divided into ⅓ each on the pure living space, the covered, private terrace with teak furniture and double sun lounger as well as the private stone garden with outdoor kitchen and separate seating area for exclusive use. Here you can use the barbecue area or enjoy the outdoor shower on particularly hot days. There is a pool, which of course is also available to you. This is the community's private pool. Please be sure to observe the posted pool rules. As with any private accommodation, you are self-catering for all consumables and food. Of course, you can use the complete inventory which is located in the "CASITA." However, we kindly ask that you replenish used material. The "CASITA" has a large living room with integrated, fully equipped kitchen and dining counter. The entire living and sleeping area is covered with high-quality travertine flooring. In the winter months, the closed fireplace provides additional cozy warmth and a cozy atmosphere. (The computer (iMac) in the living room is a business computer, which cannot be used by our guests. Please do not turn on the computer). The computer desk is extendable and can of course be used by you as a workplace. In the drawers you will find office utensils such as hole punches, desktop calculators, markers and staplers. Within the "CASITA" as well as in the terrace area you can access the Internet via a free Wi-Fi. The "CASITA" has a stable 600/600 MB fiber optic Internet line. The shower room with window and full glass door, huge marble sink and river pebble floor is equipped with electric underfloor heating and towel heating. The separate bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows and 160 cm double bed (including topper) has, like the living room, air conditioning (hot/cold) with separate radio remote controls as well as a Samsung smart TV (AirPlay). 50-inch with soundbar in the living room and 43-inch in the bedroom. You have access to streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Paramount, and Apple TV. German HD programs are available via O2 powered by waipu. Enjoy the panoramic view on the terrace, which is over 50 square meters and about half of which is covered. It won't leave you out in the rain even in bad weather. The private parking space C7 in front of the house belongs to the "CASITA." For easy, optimal accessibility of the apartment and the transport of your purchases, we generally recommend a rental car (for athletic guests, of course, it is also possible without). With the key in the apartment you can lock/unlock the parking space manually. If you leave by car, please lock the bracket. Are you coming with your own or rented bicycles? No problem - in front of the apartment entrance inside the staircase you have enough possibilities and space to park them safely. As our guest, you will receive extensive information material directly after your booking, which will give you valuable tips about the apartment itself, excursions, rental cars, restaurants, shopping, flight bookings and the island of Mallorca in particular. In the "CASITA" itself you will also find selected and informative book material. Friendly notes: Due to the hillside location, the "CASITA" and the pool are each on the 1st floor in two separate house areas, which are accessible by external staircases. For guests with walking difficulties, we would like to point out this fact. Tourist services of any kind are not part of the rental agreement and are also not offered. For handover, instruction, laundry package and final cleaning, an administration fee of EUR 130 is calculated. These fees are included in the booking price. The tourist tax (ecotax) is not included in the booking price. This is EUR 2/person for the first 8 days in the high season (May to October) - EUR 0.50/person in the remaining months. From the 9th day, 50% of the amounts will be charged. We ask that you hand over the tax in cash on site to your supervisor, Ms. Ute Masche. Please also use our discounts listed in the calendar for early bookers, last-minute and long-term stays. The apartment is for max. 2 guests. Please understand that even with an additional baby/toddler we cannot make an exception, as the apartment is not child-friendly and the infrastructure is not available. Guest access Enjoy the entire apartment, the terrace and the outdoor kitchen with barbecue and outdoor shower for private use. To the right of the outdoor kitchen is the entrance to the "rock cave." Here you will find garden utensils, pads and the washing machine. Normally, you will be welcomed by Ms. Ute Masche, who will introduce you to the functionality of the apartment, among other things. However, it is also possible to remove the apartment key from the key box if there is a (delayed) arrival after 10 pm. You will receive the relevant information as a precaution, automatically and in good time before your arrival. Other things to note Please note when booking that we are obliged by Spanish law to provide your personal data online to the tourism authority. You will therefore receive a corresponding data sheet after your booking, which you must fill out and send back to us. We will destroy the data sheet after transmission of the data to the tourism authority and we undertake to use your data exclusively for this process. However, we will pass on your mobile number and email address to your on-site support.
