The space The total of around 150 square meters are each spread over the pure living space, the covered, private terrace with teak furniture and double sun lounger as well as the private stone garden with outdoor kitchen and separate seating area for exclusive private use. Here you can use the barbecue area or enjoy the outdoor shower on particularly hot days. There is a pool, which is of course also available to you. This is the private pool of the community. Please be sure to follow the suspended pool rules. As with any private accommodation, you are self-catering for all consumables and food. Of course, you can use the entire fundus which is located in the "CASITA". However, we would like to ask you to refill used materials. The "CASITA" has a large living room with integrated, fully equipped kitchen and dining counter. The entire living and sleeping area is covered with high-quality travertine floor. In the winter months, the enclosed fireplace provides additional cozy warmth and a cozy atmosphere. (The computer (iMac) located in the living room is an operational computer, which cannot be used by our guests. Please do not turn on the computer). The computer table is extendable and of course you can use it as a workspace. In the drawers you will find office utensils such as punchers, table calculators, markers and tackers. Within the "CASITA" as well as in the terrace area, you can reach the www via a free Wi-Fi. The "CASITA" has a stable 600/600 MB fiber optic internet line. The shower room with window and full glass door, huge marble pool and river pebble floor comes with electric underfloor heating and towel heater. The separate bedroom with floor-to-ceiling window and 160 cm double bed (incl. Topper), like the living room, has air conditioning (hot/cold) with separate radio remote controls as well as a Samsung smart TV (AirPlay). 50 inches with sound bar in the living room and 43 inches in the bedroom. You have access to streaming services such as SKY, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Paramount, and Apple TV. German HD programs are available via O2TV. You may need your personal access data. You can enjoy the panoramic view on the over 50 sqm terrace, which is about half covered. It does not leave you in the rain even in bad weather. The "CASITA" includes the private car parking space C7 in front of the house. For the easy, optimal accessibility of the apartment and the transport of your purchases, we generally recommend a rental car (for sporty guests it is of course also possible without). With the key located in the apartment you can manually lock/unlock the parking space. If you are driving away, please lock the bracket. Do you come with your own or rented bikes? No problem - in front of the apartment entrance within the stairwell you have plenty of options and space to park it safely. As our guest, you will receive extensive information material directly after your booking, which gives you valuable tips about the apartment itself, excursions, rental cars, restaurants, shopping, flight bookings and the island of Mallorca in particular. In the "CASITA" itself you will also find selected and informative book material. Things to Note: Due to the hillside location, the "CASITA" and the pool are located on the 1st floor in two separate house areas, which can be reached by external staircases. For guests with walking disabilities, we would like to point out this circumstance. Tourist services of any kind are not part of the rental agreement and are also not offered. An administration fee of EUR 130 is calculated for handover, instruction, laundry package and final cleaning. These fees are included in the booking price. Not included in the booking price is the tourist tax (ecotax). This is EUR 0.50/person for the remaining months for the first 8 days in high season (May to October). From the 9th day, 50% of the amounts will be charged. We ask that you hand over the tax in cash on site with your care, Ms. Ute Masche. Please also take advantage of our discounts for early birders, last minute and long-term stays listed on the calendar. The apartment is for max. 2 guests. Please understand that even with an additional baby/toddler we cannot make an exception to this, as the apartment is not suitable for children and also the infrastructure is not available. Guest access Enjoy the entire apartment, the terrace and the outdoor kitchen with barbecue and outdoor shower for private use. To the right of the outdoor kitchen is the entrance to the "rock cave." Here you will find garden utensils, pads and the washing machine. Normally, you will be welcomed by Ms. Ute Masche, who will introduce you to the functionality of the apartment, among other things. However, it is also possible to remove the apartment key from the key box if there is a (delayed) arrival after 10 pm. You will receive the relevant information as a precaution, automatically and in good time before your arrival. Other things to note Please note when booking that we are obliged by Spanish law to provide your personal data online to the tourism authority. You will therefore receive a corresponding data sheet after your booking, which you must fill out and send back to us. We will destroy the data sheet after transmission of the data to the tourism authority and we undertake to use your data exclusively for this process. However, we will pass on your mobile number and email address to your on-site support.
