Description
Built for Claude Monet's cook, the Huchette is a small, simple and charming house, in our family for 80 years. We like to meet there for fun and to maintain it regularly. The house, raised by 2 steps, includes on the ground floor a kitchen, a veranda overlooking the 2400 m2 garden, a living room with fireplace, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. On the attic floor, 3 small bedrooms and outside a bathroom with shower and toilet. The space The kitchen, equipped with lots of dishes, has a table and a large traditional Norman cabinet. In the living room, 1 fireplace, 1 out-of-tune piano, 1 card table, 1 coffee table, 2 sofas, and 3 armchairs. No TV or Wi-Fi to enjoy nature, but the 4G connection is good. The indoor bathroom opens into the living room but the toilet is in the separate entrance. The outdoor bathroom is accessible by a cloister (therefore dry). The veranda offers a superb view of the large garden, there are board games and costumes. The rooms are low ceiling but despite their small sizes, there are on the 1st floor, 8 real beds: 1 bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed and a 90 x 190 bed, a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a 90 x 190 bed and a very small bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed.
