Our location is no more than a ten minute drive to popular destinations like Little Caesars Arena, Detroit Institute of Arts, Comerica Park, and other downtown hot spots. Our loft is the perfect place to end your night after an eventful day. Your stay includes free street parking, Bottled water, Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, WI-FI, TV access, and a comfortable sleep on our queen foam mattress bed. The space Guest have the ability to access the river front by walking across the street during park hours. Guest access The entire unit is available to guest, except a locked closet that has our personal belongings. Other things to note The walls in the unit are very thin, you will hear people sometimes and sometimes people may hear you. We ask that you treat our neighbors with respect by not being loud or having any music playing at excessive level.
