On the ground floor is a residential gym that is available for guest use. The Security team are based in the main foyer providing 24/7 security. There is no reception service available in the building. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the apartment including the onsite gym located on the ground floor of the development. Key fob access essential. Other things to note Please note that Oakdale SA obtains both photo ID and a refundable damage deposit. This forms part of our guest safety and emergency evacuation policy that is standard practice for accredited accommodation providers. You will be contacted shortly after we receive your booking to complete the pre-arrival formalities. This process is handled by our partner, Truvi. Guest personal data is not shared with any third party. Our apartments are equipped to be fully self contained with cleaning products and materials supplied for you. A housekeeping service is supplied for every 7 nights stayed. We do not replenish welcome pack essentials such as bathroom and kitchen perishables.
