Available is a double bedroom with shared wardrobe space, a 22" Full HD Smart TV inc. Freeview Play, Netflix etc. I'm a two minute walk away from the main high street in Towcester, a 15min. walk to the racecourse and Silverstone is just over 5 miles away. I would respectfully ask that guests check my location before booking, as strangely I have been marked down on previous reviews for "location". Unfortunately some past guests have stayed way longer than is really necessary, forcing me to apply a strict check-out time of 10am. I think breakfast is an important meal of the day and would like to offer tea, coffee along with a wide variety of cereals and cereal bars. Bottled water is always available in the fridge. I do have a toaster although don't eat much bread myself so please let me know at the time of booking if you wish to have toast and I will get a little loaf in : ) Guest access I'm not going to lie, parking can be a pain at times on my road. However, there is plentiful street parking around nearby and a large car park just two minutes walk away with no restrictions after 6pm until 9am During your stay Always available for any questions you may have and appreciate everyone's privacy so can interact as little or as much as you would like if I am in on the day or days of your stay. Other things to note I have added a small lock on the door for your peace of mind.
