Seeland, hidden on the old river - family-friendly, modern, special All apartments are lovingly furnished and completely new as well as comfortably equipped: flat-screen TV, stereo radio/CD, Internet/Wi-Fi as well as complete kitchenettes (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc.). This apartment offers you a comfortable living/dining area with cozy sitting area, a separate bedroom with double bed The space and a nice shower room. Breakfast can be enjoyed on your own small terrace in summer The Wi-Fi in Warnemünde is not perfect. We can't offer streaming quality. Guest access You will stay in an apartment building of mine. You have your own apartment here, a private apartment with separate access. We recommend an occupancy of max. 3 people. A baby crib also fits in the bedroom. Other things to note The aforementioned prices are calculated for a stay of up to 2 people and 7 (seven) nights incl. Final cleaning, bed linen, towels. You are also welcome to stay with us for less nights. In this case we charge a so-called short booking surcharge. We then differentiate between surcharge "M" (up to 2 nights – 20 euros/night) and "L" (less than 7 nights – 10 euros/night). We have a limited number of our own parking spaces at the house. If available, these cost 7 euros/night/car. We also name alternatives on request. The amenities include general items, some of which are available in the house and not in every single apartment, which we are happy to provide for your stay: DVD player/DVDs vs. Pick up a deposit from us at our office, cot/high chair one-time fee of 7€, microwave on request, Wi-Fi _______ We are happy to create your personal individual offer for you. You can also view and check prices directly on our website. Special terms for longer stays are available on request / VAT. The spa tax in Warnemünde is paid per day. From 15 years of age, this is €3.70 per day and reduced to €1.45 per day. The discounts apply to children from 6 to 14 years and severely disabled persons with a degree of disability of 50%. Children aged 0 to 5 years old are exempt from the spa tax and severely damaged with a GdB of 80%. The WiFi in Warnemünde is not perfect. We cannot offer streaming quality.
