A clean & idyllic place in the countryside.

Private room in the attic of a closed agricultural property, beautifully located overlooking fields/forests. Outside the room, there is a living room with a sofa and dining table. This room is an open room down to the staircase. There is a refrigerator with a small freezer, microwave, kettle and tableware. But there is NO kitchen. My property is located in the countryside with birdsong and views of fields and forests. You can take a 5 km walk around the forest. But otherwise, the car is necessary to get out to shop or have good experiences here in Varde municipality. Remember: - You come to the countryside with peace and quiet and birdsong at the same time - There is NO kitchen, but there is a fridge, electric kettle and tableware - A car is necessary for the many wonderful experiences just around the corner Guest access The bedroom, bathroom and living room are located on the 1st floor. The stairs up to the 1st floor are located in the middle of the house, but right by the front door, so it's easy. But down by the staircase is the common area, so here you may meet the house's residents as well as the little dog Frida. Just outside the front door is a small courtyard with a sofa and table, which you are welcome to use. In the courtyard there is a clothesline, which may also be used. Waste - we have waste sorting. Therefore, there are trash cans for recycling such as clean cardboard, paper, cans and bottles. During your stay Hello and welcome. There's a key box on the property, so you can check in on your own. BUT I will often receive my guests myself and welcome them and show them around. After that, there is peace and quiet to enjoy your stay. A key is handed out. You can check out yourself by handing in the key in the key box. I can be reached by text message during the stay to answer questions. I wish you a really good and relaxing stay in my home. Other things to note When you enter through my front door, please put your shoes here behind the door before going up the stairs to the loft. There are also coat racks for outerwear. In the hallway, there are cushions for the small sofa set in the courtyard, which you can freely use. Please note there is NO kitchen.
