Le Laurier Cottages

Le Laurier cottages consists of 2 converted traditional stone French farmhouses and outbuildings, occupying half a hectare of garden and woodlands in the midst of the beautiful Brittany countryside. You will be only 10 mins walk from a Supermarket and 15 mins from the centre of the village. The village has a good selection of shops, bars, two restaurants, a bank and a church. On Friday, there is a small market for fresh produce. English speaking neighbours manage the property for the owners. The space The houses can be rented together or separately, the price shown is per night not per person. The house sleeps up to 6 and the smaller cottage sleeps 6 with the inclusion of the annex and sofa bed. There is outdoor seated areas for both houses and BBQ’s are available. The houses are heated by log burners and a number of electric radiators. Both the house and cottage have fully furnished kitchens, and we also have a washing machine. Guest access The whole property other than locked shed Other things to note Bed linen and bath towels are not provided, however they are available at an additional cost of €20 per person. As the local rubbish collection is every other week, please ensure to take all rubbish with you when you depart, or take bottles and glass to the local recycling bins which are located on the left side of the road when driving into Le Louvigne. Both the house and cottage have fast internet connectivity.
