Follow the alley under the monkey trees to stroll the beach. Two minute walk. Sit on the patio listening to exotic birds while drinking a delicious Costa Rican coffee or an evening of cocktails. Only a 30 minute ride from the Liberia Airport leads you to our great little town and one of the best places to make new memories. The space Rental of 3 or more months is open to price negotiation. Minimum stay is 7 days. This friendly condo complex is called Las Calas Rojas and our unit is #1. We are located 25 minutes from the new Liberia International airport in the beach town of Playas del Coco and close to dozens of beaches on the Papagayo peninsula. The condo is across the street (50 meters) from the beach and shares a common pool right outside your door. You can hear the roar of the ocean and the howler monkeys in the trees while enjoying a cocktail or two on the nicely furnished patio. For your comfort this 2 bdrm, 2 bath, 1075 sq.ft. condo has a fully furnished kitchen, living and dining area (table that seats 8), Master bedroom has King size bed, second bedroom a Queen size bed fully furnished. The condo is equipped with Two TV's, A/C and ceiling fans in living room and bedrooms (there is a $100 credit towards electricity). Overage will be deducted from security deposit which is $500. Unit is equipped with Wifi, Fully furnished Kitchen, Microwave, Stove, Refrigerator with ice maker, Linens provided, Inside Washer, Dryer, Patio with ceiling fans, Patio furniture, Pool floats, beach towels, Gas Grill (BBQ) is located in Rancho (common area) and two bikes available to the tenants. The town is within walking distance or a short cab ride away. There are plenty of great restaurants, shops, several full service grocery stores, a national bank, a casino, and nightlife galore! If you like fishing, golfing, sightseeing, snorkeling, kayaking, bike riding, hanging out on your patio or lounging by the pool, this place is for you!! Other things to note The patio has a nice table for entertaining. Two rocking chairs to enjoy early morning coffee while listening to the birds and monkeys in the trees and the sounds of the ocean waves. Like Sunsets? Just cross the street any evening to see magnificent ones. Just a reminder. This is the tropics. There are iguanas, monkeys, wildlife, mosquitos and bugs. Plus, the weather can get very warm or rainy. Note: During high season, 1 Dec - 31 Mar, we only rent by the month.
