Contemporary Barn Conversion

Our modern contemporary barn is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Bradwell village near Braintree. The rear annexe has a separate entrance with a bedroom, bathroom with walk in shower and small kitchen/utility room. We live in the main property and have a Welsh Terrier dog. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, oven/hot plate, microwave, toaster and kettle. Tea/coffee is available with fresh milk, fruit and cereals for Breakfast. Access is via a long gravel path and 3 steps. The space We are located on the outskirts of a small village with lots of wildlife around yet Freeport Braintree shopping centre is only a 10 minute drive, Kelvedon Station with train links to London only 15 minutes and Stansted Airport 20 minutes. There are lots of local footpaths on our doorstep including The Essex Way. Guest access Guests have a private entrance which is accessed from the rear of the property. There is a long gravel path from the carpark around the building to the rear garden, then 3 steps up decking to the annexe entrance door. There is a private bedroom, bathroom and small kitchen. Guests can use the seating area in the garden which is shared with the owners. During your stay We live on site so are available whenever needed. Other things to note We are very happy to host well behaved dogs but we cannot accept dogs that may bark constantly at the local wildlife.
