Welcome to Chigger Hill. Centrally located between Sulphur & Davis, (7 miles from both) The home has everything you need from, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room and dining room, washer & dryer, 2 large covered patios with tables & chairs for your outdoor eating. A charcoal grill & Fire-pit. Large outdoor area for the kids to run, and close enough for a quick walk to one of the nearby lakes. Only 1 pet allowed w/fee MUST be housebroken On leash when outside & contained When alone. The space Guests have the whole place to themselves Guest access Our Guests have the home and yard all to themselves. Other things to note This is a retirement community and our quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am every day.
