Just across the street, you’ll find a quiet, private beach shared only with fellow guests — a rare and special perk that’s reflected in the price. The property includes three two-bedroom cabins, a four-bedroom house, and a two-bedroom house. Built in the 1940s and maintained with only a few updates, the cabins are simple and straightforward—ideal for travelers who appreciate a back-to-basics, unplugged stay. This cabin is near two others, so while the setting is peaceful, you may occasionally see or hear neighboring guests. Good to Know: -No A/C or heat: The cabin can get warm in summer and chilly in fall. Three fans are provided; bring extra blankets or your own fan for comfort. -Basic kitchen: Equipped with simple appliances and essential utensils. -Nature nearby: Like many woodland retreats, you may encounter ants, mice, or other critters indoors from time to time. We do our best to manage this and ask guests to store food securely and clean up promptly. Other things to note 1. Bedding: Please bring your own bedding and bed sheets. Only pillow and mattress covers are provided. 2. Water: The property runs on a well system, so please bring your own drinking water. The water may occasionally have a natural well water smell and may leave water stains. 3. Terrain: The surrounding terrain is natural and uneven, making it unsuitable for those with wheelchairs, walkers, or mobility challenges. 4. Pets: No pets are allowed on the property. 5. Parking: Free parking is available for one car. If you have additional vehicles, please make arrangements prior to your visit.
