Holiday Cottage In Torla-Ordesa, Central Spanish Pyrenees, 10 minutes drive to Ordesa National Park. Well equipped and comfortable house with 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms set on 3 floors. Ideally located for hiking. Just 5 minutes walk From Shops and Restaurants. With sun terrace for summer and open log fire and central heating for winter. We live in a nearby village so can offer advice or arrange excursiones. Perfect for one couple or a family with 2 children. The space The house is spread over three floors: Upper floor: 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm) and another with a single bed. Bathroom with bathtub and shower and hot towel rail Street Floor: living room-kitchen-dining room with fireplace (we have firewood) and terrace, fully equipped kitchen, we also leave coffee, sugar, oil and more. The kitchen has 2 electric hobs and an induction hob, a microwave-combi oven (convection and grill), toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher and under-counter refrigerator with freezer. In the living-dining room there is a stone fireplace, a 2-seat sofa, 2 armchairs, digital HD TV with DVD and MP3 player, tourist information, local guide to walks, and a selection of books and DVD movies. It also has a terrace with tables, chairs and a parasol. Ground floor: Large bedroom with 135cm bed and a single bed, bathroom with shower, bidet and hot towel rail. Access to the Boiler Room and Washing Machine. We leave soap and softener for our customers to use. With its south-facing and sheltered orientation, you can eat outside on the terrace from spring to autumn. For winter stays, the house has central heating and a wood-burning fireplace. We charge a surcharge of €20 for firewood and use of the fireplace. Guest access Guests have access to the house as described. Please note because the house is accessed by 29 steps and is set on 3 floors it is not suitable for people with mobility problems. Other things to note August and July bookings are for a minimum of 6 nights. What's included: Towels and linen (we prepare the beds according to your needs). Cleaning and disinfection before and after your stay. All services (water,hot water central heating, electric). We provide basic provisions eg cooking oil, coffee, tea, sugar, w/up liquid, toilet roll, kitchen paper, cling film etc, all to get you started for the week. WiFi in the house is via 4G. This limited to 10GB per 4 days but more can be purchased at 1€ per GB. From mid October through to March (excluding Xmas) we can offer a reduced rate if just 2 are people staying. From Easter through to October the price is for up to 4 people (or 5 in July and August). At all times there is an additional charge of 15€ per person per night up to an absolute maximum of 5 people) There are many stairs to go up, both in and outside the house so it is not suitable for people with mobility problems. For winter stays there is the option to use the log fire for a supplementary charge which also includes the first crate of wood.
