Holiday Cottage In Torla-Ordesa, Central Spanish Pyrenees, 10 minutes drive to Ordesa National Park. Well equipped and comfortable house with 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms set on 3 floors. Ideally located for hiking. Just 5 minutes walk From Shops and Restaurants. With sun terrace for summer and open log fire and central heating for winter. We live in a nearby village so can offer advice or arrange excursiones. Perfect for one couple or a family with 2 children. The space Our cosy well equipped cottage "Casa Petirrojo" has a fireplace for winter use and a sheltered south facing sun terrace for the rest of the year. The cottage is set on three floors, and is equally suited to 1 or 2 couples who want their own privacy, or a family with up to 3 children of any age. The house is set apart from the village yet only a short walk up the steps to the centre. The top floor consists of one double room and one single room, shared bathroom with heated towel rail, WC, sink, bath and shower. The kitchen-lounge diner with fireplace is on the middle floor. The lower floor has 1 large bedroom with one double and one single bed, private bathroom with heated towel rail, shower, WC, sink and bidet. There is also a utility room with washer, iron and ironing board. All floors have central heating. The house has HDTV, DVD player and Wifi by 4G internet. The kitchen has a combination microwave (with convection and grill), 2 ceramic hobs,1 large induction plate, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and undercounter fridge with small freezer compartment. Please note we charge 20 euros for use of the fireplace but this also includes over 20kg of quality firewood. Guest access Guests have access to the house as described. Please note because the house is accessed by 29 steps and is set on 3 floors it is not suitable for people with mobility problems. Other things to note August and July bookings are for a minimum of 6 nights. What's included: Towels and linen (we prepare the beds according to your needs). Cleaning and disinfection before and after your stay. All services (water,hot water central heating, electric). We provide basic provisions eg cooking oil, coffee, tea, sugar, w/up liquid, toilet roll, kitchen paper, cling film etc, all to get you started for the week. WiFi in the house is via 4G. This limited to 10GB per 4 days but more can be purchased at 1€ per GB. From mid October through to March (excluding Xmas) we can offer a reduced rate if just 2 are people staying. From Easter through to October the price is for up to 4 people (or 5 in July and August). At all times there is an additional charge of 15€ per person per night up to an absolute maximum of 5 people) There are many stairs to go up, both in and outside the house so it is not suitable for people with mobility problems.
