Inside the house, you'll find three cozy bedrooms, each equipped with two beds, and a welcoming bathroom plus an additional guest WC. Optimal comfort is ensured by underfloor heating in all rooms. The spacious living and dining area, furnished with a large seating group and a dining table that has enough space for 6-8 people, is ideal for communal evenings. The built-in kitchen is fully equipped, including a stove, oven, dishwasher, and two refrigerators. A high chair is available for our little guests. The outdoor area of the 110 sqm house includes a spacious south-facing terrace that invites you to linger in the sun. A 22 sqm covered terrace with movable full glazing, new since 2021, offers protection on less sunny days. Equipped with a seating group, sun loungers, and both a gas and a charcoal grill, the garden is the perfect place for relaxing hours. The holiday home is located in a quiet new development area on the edge of the village of Brochterbeck, which charms with its beauty and provides direct access to the Teutoburg Forest and Münsterland.
