Our cottage is located in the middle of the hop and beer city of Spalt. The listed and elaborately renovated half-timbered house was built in 1788. It is located in a central old town location, not far from attractions, gastronomy, shops, hiking trails, as well as Brombachsee and Igelsbachsee, just 4 km away. It is located in a central old town location, not far from attractions, gastronomy, shops, hiking trails, as well as Brombachsee and Igelsbachsee, just 4 km away. In the immediate vicinity you will find restaurants where it is also possible to have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Hiking trails, shops, playgrounds, the brewery and the Museum Hopfen Bier Gut are within walking distance. Amenities The house can accommodate max. 10 persons. All rooms of the 100 sqm house are equipped with solid wood furniture. On the ground floor are the large kitchen-living room with a sofa bed, satellite TV and a Bluetooth sound box. A double bedroom and a bathroom are accommodated in the other premises. A washing machine and dryer can also be found there. On the second floor of the house is a reading corner equipped with a cozy armchair as well as selected literature including game collection. In further rooms upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed, sofa bed, cot and SAT.TV. Furthermore, there is a spacious bathroom and a bedroom furnished with another sleeping couch available. A foosball table can also be found there. The terrace overlooking the old town roofs of Spalt invites you to barbecue and chill. There is a wifi connection in the house.
