Step up to the bedroom area with 4'6"double bed open plan with curtain divide to the sitting room which has a 5'6" single sofa bed, wood burning stove, simple compact kitchen, step up to tiny shower room, WC, (no bath). Conservatory overlooks wilded gardens and woodlands, you will wake up to birdsong. The space The property is beautifully rustic and charming, it has been used on a number of occasions as a location for film and photo shoots and is a truly unique and characterful location. The annex is a quiet inspirational space (no television), great for relaxing, unwinding, yoga or just being laid back. The garden and woods are full of birds and wildlife and there are many footpaths through the surrounding fields and woods. Guest access The annex, garden, the 'Dell' and woodlands, surrounding fields and footpaths leading to walks through the fields and woods. Other things to note The village of Cuckfield is a 15/20 minute walk away through the fields and an organic farm, past a pretty church yard and lovely church into the village which has a food shop, four pubs, a good fish and chip shop, also an eat in or takeaway Indian, plus three teashops.
