The space The little house is your own private space, located in the very back of the property. Approximately 600 square feet; recently upgraded and professionally furnished with the modern guest in mind, this private studio includes a complete kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator and microwave. There is a separate dining area with a table that seats 4 comfortably, and also a separate living area with sofa and chairs. Bed area is comfortably furnished with crisp new linens, pillows and bed coverings. Easy access to the swimming pool, HDTV, free street parking, free high-speed WiFi and private access! NOTE - Pool is shared with two other properties and is not heated. There is no AC. Guest access Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Instructions for access, check-in, checkout and directions to the home will be send two days prior to arrival. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure. Note: the pool and outside spaces are shared with two other houses on the property. We will not know until the day before your arrival if early check-in (before 4pm) is possible. It will depend on if the house is booked the night before and the schedule of the housekeeper. IF the house is ready, we allow 3pm check-in without charge. If you desire check in earlier than 3pm AND the house is ready, we charge $10/hr for early check-in. For example 1pm check in would be $20. We can charge you through the resolution center if you would like to do this. If you want to guarantee an early check-in, please book the previous night.
