A big, beautiful and private garden with a well restored, roomy family home welcomes you to the middle of some of Norway’s most spectacular scenery. Several kids have grown up here, some have moved out and there's plenty room for new people to enjoy this little paradise on earth. The house contains several spare bedrooms and a guest bathroom. There is cooking facilities if you want to cook your own food. Breakfast and training facilities are available, but not included in the price. Welcome! The space Forsand, with Lysefjorden, Preikestolen and Kjerag, (to mention only the well known places) certainly has some of Norway's most spectacular scenery. My home and garden is situated at the foot of a mountain near the mouth of Lysefjorden. It is easy to reach the popular destinations from here; it is also easy to enjoy life just here and now, in the garden. 15 km from the parking to the pulpit rock. Walking distance to the ferry to Lysefjorden/Flørli/Kjerag. Guest access My guests have access to use and enjoy the living rooms, and the garden. I also have a ok gym in the basement, but recommend hikes in the mountains that surrounds us! During your stay I have lived here since 1988 and love this area. I am from Stavanger though, and still feel like a Stavanger girl. We have welcomed guests to our home ever since I moved in.
