From here you can reach: - Stuttgart (airport/trade fair) in 25 minutes - the spa house in Bad Boll by bus/car in about 6 minutes - Outlet City Metzingen in 35 minutes The space The apartment for 1-2 people, which was completely modernized in 2018, has its own entrance area with a sunny, approximately 20 m² south-facing terrace as well as its own parking space. All rooms of the approx. 55 m² two-room annex apartment can be controlled separately via underfloor heating. The sleeping area is furnished with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), which can be placed together or separately.
