The quietly located vacation home on the idyllic lake with direct access to the lake with a large garden was built around 1795 as a restaurant. The lovingly restored house is a listed building, like many of the buildings in the historic villages of Gremmelin/Reinshagen. The beautifully furnished dining room is on the ground floor with its own terrace, fireplace, garden and lake access. It offers plenty of space with a spacious living and dining room, 2 bedrooms and a terrace overlooking the lake. The space The lovingly furnished guest room (ground floor) has enough space (about 100 square meters) for families with up to 4 children, two bedrooms (one room with a double bed, one room with a bunk bed and a double bed, in which children feel comfortable), a spacious living and dining room with a fireplace, small bathroom, a large, well-equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine and microwave), lots of dishes and glasses and cutlery, etc.), a private terrace with direct access. At the lake there is a bathing jetty, a few meters further also a shallow bathing spot. The decor invites you to take a vacation with a combination of antique and modern and cozy seating and enough space for everyone to feel comfortable. On the 1st floor there is a dresser with raclette device, fondue pot, wide games. Other things to note On request, each apartment is possible with an extra bed on the 1st floor. There is a double room (extra bed €20/person/day) and a quadruple room (from €15/person/day) available. Linens, towels and rowboat are included. Fishing on the lake is possible. A fishing license is available from the municipality of Lalendorf and a fishing license from the fishing club. The corresponding form is in the apartment.
