Farmhouse at the Haselbach swimming lake

Lovingly restored farmhouse directly on the Haselbach, with direct access to the lake. Our house consists of a main house and 2 attached apartments. We are a couple of entrepreneurs and live in Brazil and Germany. Right now we are in Brazil and our farmhouse is empty. Ideal for families with children. 5 bedrooms, living room, dining room, terrace, outdoor barbecue, a total of about 280 m² of living space. The region around Ellwangen offers a lot of relaxation. The space In the main house we have 3 rooms, a master bedroom and 2 children's bedrooms, each with a double bed. One large bathroom, all on the upper floor. On the first floor there are kitchens, living room, dining room and 2 more toilets. On the upper floor there are the 2 apartments. Number 1 has 2 rooms + bathroom. 1 double bed and in the living room with exit to the roof terrace a sofa bed (double). Number 2 also has 2 rooms and a bathroom. However, only 1 bed. Prices are split. Main house (6 people 120 / night). APP 1 + 30/night. APP 2 + 25/night. 6 people 120 / night (main house) 8 - 10 people 150 / night (main house + ap 1) 12 people 180 / night. Main house + ap1 + ap2) Approx. 350 m2 of living space. TV, Internet, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets, terrace + veranda with lake view, fruit trees, garden meadow (about 8000 m²), direct access to the lake...
