Charming small ,designer house with roof terrace and wood deck - 1h. drive from Copenhagen. Supermarket 1000m, Beach 500m. Forrest 700m. Romantic hideaway for 2 - or the small family. The Sea, The woods, Countryside, Seaview, Private fenched in yard ( dogs welcome) Please observe: The minimum rental is 7 nights. In peak-seaon June-Okt. the house is rented out primarily from Saturday to Saturday - for 7, 14 or 21 nights. The space I have designed the house myself - it was finished in 2008 and I enjoyed using fine materials for the building. Inside the house you feel the outside because of big windows - so the idea is that the house is "breathing the outdoors". You will find a little collection books on small houses on my bookshelf. The roof terrace gives you a full view of the sea. The garden has little areas for seclusiveness - and a sunbed. Out of season you can have a cosy time in front of the woodburner. Guest access The whole house will be yours. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE! - the house is rented out for a minimum of 7 days - usually from Saturday to Saturday - for one, two or three weeks at a time. Guests bring their own bedlinen and towels. The house has duvets, pillows and dishtowels. Wintertime - a small electrical heater will be available - and electricity will be payed on departure day. Wintertime the house is heated with a heatpump. Eletricity runs on a meter and is payed for at departure. If you would like to use the woodburner guests buy/bring their own wood or briquettes.
