Our Studio located in the quiet village of Long Marston, is a bright, clean and comfortable space for one or two people. We are surrounded by some gorgeous countryside for walking. We have a pub and coffee shop within 2 min. walk. The market town of Tring with its weekly market, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets and thriving high street is 3.5 miles away. Convenient for both Luton and Heathrow airports 23 and 36 mins depending on t The space The studio is finished to a very high specification, has a King size bed with hotel quality mattress and bedding, 43" smart TV with NETFLIX, selection of DVDs and player for those cosy nights in, oven, induction hob, washing machine, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, iron, hairdryer, fan. Everything you might need for an extremely comfortable stay. Heating is by radiator and there is an electric towel rail in the bathroom, which has a spacious Power Shower, we provide fluffy bathrobes for your comfort. Situated on a quiet private drive with off road parking for one car, two by arrangement. We provide a welcome breakfast pack to get your stay off to a good start, this will include bread or pastries, cereals, yogurt and our own free range eggs, anything else you would like can be requested and we will do our best to source it. We provide complimentary coffee, hot chocolate and a selection of teas. There is shampoo, conditioner and shower gel for your use and if you've forgotten anything just let us know and we'll try to get it for you. The area is popular for cycling and we can offer bike storage. The studio is ideally suited to a couple or single occupancy. Due to space restrictions and safety, we do not accept children. There is no freezer in the studio, but use of a freezer and a daily supply of ice for drinks, can be provided on request. There is a fabulous Coffee Shop, serving breakfast and lunch, a two minute walk from the studio! Guest access The studio is completely self contained with its own private and secure entrance. Although there is no access to the garden, there is a footpath just yards from the studio door, which leads to our 2 acre field and open countryside beyond. You are guaranteed complete privacy. There is off road parking for one car, we can accommodate a second car by arrangement. Other things to note Guests must have recommendations from other Airbnb hosts and no negative reviews. We have a strict NO SMOKING policy. Both inside and out, on the shared driveway. Not suitable for children. For your peace of mind, our cancellation policy is flexible.
