The Tiny House, Pool, Pool house, Rustic Barn Game room, Patio, 2 Bars, a Small orchard, bonfire, Swing and Hammock. Access to the upstairs of the Barn which includes a Bar, 50” Smart Roku TV w/Netflix, Pool Table, Darts, Foosball, Ping Pong, Air Hockey, table top shuffleboard, corn hole& a Fitness area. Also Provided to use during your stay, 2 bikes, 4 Snowshoes, 4 CrossCountry Skis and boots. WIFI across the whole property. POOL SEASON- OPENS- Friday of Memorial Weekend CLOSES- The day after Labor Day POOL IS KEPT AT A MINIMUM OF 80-82 DEGREES. DEPENDING ON WEATHER IT CAN GET MUCH WARMER. AS THIS IS THE TEMPERATURE OF ALL OUTDOOR POOLS. THIS IS NOT A HOT TUB. THE POOL IS HEATED WHEN THE OUTDOOR TEMPERATURE IS SWIMMABLE ABOVE 74, POOL IS TO BE CLOSED/COVERED BY GUESTS BY 9 PM or Host will come out to close. ALSO COVER ANYTIME NOT IN USE BECAUSE OF EXTREME HEAT LOSS. Sits on 3 acres Guest access ***ONLY THE AMOUNT OF GUESTS BOOKED ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. NO EXTRA GUESTS FOR ANY PERIOD OF TIME*** My space is not suitable for children under the age of 12 yrs old or Pets of ANY KIND. POOL SEASON- OPENS- Friday of Memorial weekend CLOSES- The day after Labor Day *PLEASE CAREFULLY FOLD BACK COVER ON THE DEEP END OF THE POOL DURING USE THEN COVER IMMEDIATELY AFTER USE TO ENSURE THE WARMEST WATER TEMPERATURE FOR YOU WITH LITTLE HEAT LOSS. * *Folding back cover have one person on each side of the deep end then pull the cover up to the front of the planter, let go then both go and pick up cover in water edge again and fold on top of the last part like a fan or accordion. Then keep folding until completely off. *To cover just grab the top edge on each side and walk towards the shallow end. BUBBLES DOWN. *No glass, glass bottles, sharp objects, food or DOGS inside fenced in pool area or pool. *No running or Diving ANYONE MUST say out of fenced in pool area before Memorial weekend and after Labor Day Weekend. Bon-Fire- I provide wood, a lighter, boxes & paper in the outdoor bar large cabinets. Wood is also sold down the road. ON CHECKOUT-Bag up all garbage and place in large black garbage beside the Tiny House for COVID Precautions. We strip the bed but please place any blankets & towels used in the washer and start. Place all dirty dishes in dishwasher and start.
