This space has so much! Hope to meet you soon! The space 4 sleeping rooms. 3 suites, each with a private bath. Our Egret Suite has a King/Daybed and Queen bed. Our Great Blue has a Queen bed and a large bathroom with a soaking tub and shower. The yellow and black crowned night suite features two rooms, each with a Queen bed that share a bathroom. Our bedrooms are all on the second floor, accessible from a fabulous grand stair. The first floor is all community spaces. A large living room featuring a fireplace and grand piano, a game room, a large kitchen, and eat in kitchen seating area. Outdoors you have a large off street parking lot, front porch and front patio, back deck and back yard with a fire circle. We also have a large grill for all season grilling! You can walk to the Falls and to Canada. Niagara Falls USA has a few winter destinations, but you can unlock more destinations with a passport or enhanced license to visit Niagara Falls, Canada. Or consider a trip to Buffalo with incredible arts, architecture, and community offerings. Toronto is less than a two hour drive from Nagara Falls USA. This location is perfect for a winter hideaway! We have a fully equipped kitchen with pots and pans, utensils, dinnerware for over 10 people, serving dishes and utensils. We also offer spices and oils, and numerous staples for you to create while away from home. Finally, we offer breakfast options to get your trip started. Fresh coffee, a full tea drawer, cereals (cold and oatmeal with fixings), fresh fruit, milk, eggs, yogurt and granols, bread and more. There's definitely enough food to feed your party on your first morning at the house. If you need additional provisions, there is a full service grocery store (Tops Friendly Market), less than two blocks from the house, definitely within walking distance. All sleeping rooms have sheets, comforters, pillows and extra blankets. All bathrooms are stocked with plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. All bedrooms have a closet with a hamper, hangers, and a hair dryer. In house entertainment is abundant. In the living room we have a large Smart TV connected to WIFI and you can utilize your own streaming services to watch movies of your choice.
