The space There are two queen beds, two twin beds, and, if needed, a pull-out hide-a-bed. For stays of seven nights or more, ask us about a discount. ***PLEASE NOTE: There are two one-room apartments in the same building, with year-round tenants. Their privacy must be respected. This is not a "party house," and guests are expected to observe the quiet hours (10:00PM - 8:00AM), so as not to disturb the tenants. Guest access There is a wonderful terrace in front, that is shared with two other year round tenants. There is a charming and fairly private deck and garden area in the back yard. The upper deck spanning the front of the home is private to this townhouse. Other things to note Our location is optimal for Spokane's city events like Bloomsday, Hoopfest, Riverfront park events including July 4th Festivities (you can see the fireworks from the deck) and Labor Day's Pig-out in the Park! Ideal for professionals in the South Hill Medical District, or the Gonzaga and Riverpoint campuses.
