Relaxation by the lake

The 80m² bungalow can accommodate up to 8 people. It consists of an open kitchen with adjoining dining and living area. The bungalow has a shower room and two bedrooms. In one there is also a bunk bed, which can be loaded up to 100kg per lying area. Ideal for families and fitters. On the 36m² large and covered terrace, the evening can be ushered in with something grilled in a quiet atmosphere. Lake Grimnitz can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. The space There is a fireplace in the living room. This can be operated with the wood under the carport. Please clean after use, otherwise a cleaning fee of 10€ will be charged. Thanks to the underfloor heating in every room and the fireplace, it is also pleasantly warm on cool days. Guest access The cottage has a separate entrance. The house is alone. Parking under the carport for all cars possible. Vans must be parked in the garden. Entrance at the side. The gate must be opened from the inside. Parking outside the property is prohibited. Other things to note In the bungalow settlement there is a central garbage can. Please dispose of your rubbish there. If there is still rubbish in the bungalow after your departure, a disposal fee of 10€ will be charged. The bed linen is ready for you. The beds are not made. Please remove the beds before departure. Please tell us if you prefer to sleep in a double bed or in single beds. Accordingly, we provide the sheets. You can move the beds as you like. Return to the previous place before departure. Bedding and covers for a child is available. Extra mattress and sheets for the children's travel cot is on site. Everyone gets a bath towel and a normal-sized towel.
