Maddies Flat, Noford

Maddie’s flat is a self contained first floor flat attached to a mansion house. It consists of 3 bedrooms (queen, double & twin beds) a sitting room, kitchen/diner and bathroom/utility, plus an extra shower room with toilet. The flat will hold 6 people. Gas central heating and underfloor heating in kitchen and bathroom. Low occupancy rates considered Guest access You will have your own personal entrance and staircase into the front of the property. There is parking under cover or additional parking in front of the property if needed. There is then an outdoor staircase to an area of grass. The grass is not enclosed, however, it is private and there are benches and a picnic table in this area. The area of garden for guests is marked out in the folder provided.
