Equipped with a double bed, sofa, cable TV, expandable table for four people, separate fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with bathtub. It has air conditioning, internet wifi and complete whiteness. Guest access Invited guests are not allowed in the building's common areas. Other things to note - No smoking: any trace of smoke smell inside the apartment will be penalized with a fine equivalent to USD 100 for the number of nights of the total reservation. - Visitors: up to 2 people can be invited to the apartment, being prohibited the use of the common facilities of the building for guests. - Additional charges: The maintenance of the property and its furniture is in charge of the tenant, any loss or breakage will be charged to the market value on the day of check out day. This includes excess dirt, stains on sheets or makeup towels, blood or the like, breakage of crockery or electronics, breakage or loss of remote control, deterioration of mattresses, pillows, armchairs, furniture or loss of apartment keys.
