The 70 sqm villa has been completely renovated in spring 2019 with a lot of love and equipped with every comfort. The space The house is divided into a large living room with open kitchenette and dining area, a cozy divan in front of the open fireplace and TV lounge. 2 bedrooms with a total of 5 beds, one bathroom with walk-inn shower. From the salon you step through a 2m wide window door onto the terrace and enjoy the immensely calming view of the romantic olive grove with its 300 partly secular trees at breakfast. The property is fenced, access is accessed by a lockable gate and parking spaces are available right next to the house.
