It can accommodate up to 12 people (8 adults max) It includes a living room with wood stove, living and dining room, a Provencal kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room on the ground floor and a nice veranda. Upstairs, it is fitted out with a mezzanine with wooden parquet floors including two bunk beds and a 120 cm wide bed. This mezzanine gives access to a 3rd bedroom with bathroom and its balneo bath and a veranda with a living room which gives a view on the garden, the swimming pool and also on the stars in the evening, just great! Near the house, a bedroom with a loft bed for 2 people and two single beds, a bathroom and a toilet. The exterior is completely fenced and closed by an electric gate. It is made up of a 2500 m² garden planted with lavender and thyme, green and white oaks and olive trees, with shelter for cars and motorhomes, a children's play area (swing, hut), three terraces, one of which is under a gazebo and a beautiful swimming pool with beach for sunbathing and solar outdoor shower. The house is not on the roadside.
