Convenience and beauty! Our modern 2 BR, 1.75 bath home, close to the city, yet naturesque, has a fully equipped kitchen with sunny bay windows and a living room, with comfy nooks to curl up in. Included are special touches like an acoustic guitar and natural cleaners in the entire home. There is a lovely deck in the private backyard under the pines. Relax on lounge chairs or enjoy your refreshments at the patio table. Offered only for a 89 day minimum stay or longer. Self check in key pad. The space Layout: This home has two stories! The first level has all of the common areas including a half bath! Upstairs you`ll find two bedrooms with large walk in closets that have a pass-thru Jack and Jill style shared commode, double vanity bathroom with a tub/shower on one side, plus an additional vanity and shower on the other side and a washer/dryer. There are two queen size beds in the back bedroom! The front bedroom has one set of full size bunk beds as well as a twin pull out couch bed. Note: The couch mattress is thin, but we do provide an air mattress that can be used over the couch bed mattress if needed for added comfort. Our cleaning process includes every doorknob and light switch...all touchable surfaces. We are being extra cautious. We also provide hand sanitizer pumps in all the bathrooms and in the kitchen. Guest access By renting the whole house, you will have private access to the entire home and yard. and 3 parking spaces directly in front of the unit, plus plenty of side street parking. No parking is allowed in front of our neighbor's unit. You will be given a private personal keypad door code for the front and back door. Other things to note ***FIREPLACES ARE FOR DECORATIVE USE ONLY. NO FIRES ARE ALLOWED IN ANY OF THE FIREPLACES. THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION!*** A minimum stay of 89 days is required.
