The main room has a cozy futon with footrests to kick back and enjoy the large screen TV above the entertainment center with built in faux fireplace for heat. Breakfast nook and table is ideal with the kitchen to keep your food/drink at the ready. Home is just 3 miles to downtown Truckee, 9 to Northstar Ski Resort, 12 to Palisades Tahoe, and 14 to Lake Tahoe. The space You will have access to the whole private apartment via your own access. The patio, outdoor seating, and gas fire pit area, and parking area are also yours to use. Access is provided via electronic lock to your entrance door. You will have your own access code for your entire stay. Our apartment capacity is four (2 adults and 2 children under 13). Parking is designated in one parking space. Other things to note This is a great location to see all that Truckee and Tahoe have to offer. The neighborhood and street are quiet with little traffic and primarily full time residents.
