GulfSide Resort is family owned. We have 10 beautiful vacation suites that sit just a block and half from the sands of St Pete Beach. Easy walking distance to numerous beach bars, restaurants, and shopping. Our property is comfortable and relaxing. Each unit faces the pool. Parking is safe and close to your front door. We have a beautiful pool to use along with a shuffleboard court, putting green, BBQ grills and beach chairs when you're ready. It's a Beautiful property! The space Unit 8 is a large open suite with approximately 400 SF and sits on the second floor. It overlooks the pool, has LOTS of natural light and has comfortable seating, a Queen sized bed, settee, and a large bathroom with tub. All of our units have split unit air conditioners that are efficient and quiet. Kitchen is stocked with microwave, stove, utensils, dishes, pots and pans. Parking is very close to each unit. You can the gas BBQ grills, beach chairs and beach toys, laundry facilities and use of shuffleboard court and putting greens. Many area restaurants are in walking distance and available is a free area beach shuttle for the area. Other things to note If you don't mind walking, you can easily get by without having a car. The beach is close. As a vacationer, St Pete Beach is wonderful. Majority of our guests come from the Midwest and Canada. They are quiet, considerate, well mannered, and our complex is small enough you get to know the other guests quite easily.
