This unique unit offers 2 kitchens, 2 bedrooms, 1 bunkhouse with a second living area, 2 full baths & is one of the very few units with an attached walkout garage (great for dropping beach toys, golf and ski equipment). Twenty steps from the indoor pool & tennis courts and just a short walk to a private beach on Round Lake. The space Our family loves Lakeside Clubs location. The Petoskey State Park is a short walk or bike ride, providing access to a second beach. Toski Sands gourmet grocery is one of the best deli's and meat market in the area and it is only a five minute walk from the unit. Beautiful trails and bike baths right from LakeSide Club, take you to either Petoskey or Harbor Springs, where you will find amazing restaurants and various shops. Golf enthusiasts can find many top Golf courses within a short drive. Skiers have their choice of Boyne Highlands or Nubs Nob-only 5-10 min drive. The unit is nestled in the woods, when you look out the living room, you do not see other units. We are the closest building to the pool and a short walk to the beach. Round Lake is accessible via a public boat launch, there is room to anchor your boat or kayak overnight, please reach out to Host with questions. We strive to offer the convenience of a home away from your home. The entry to the unit is on the main floor and there is one step to enter the building. On the main floor you will find a kitchen, living area, queen size murphy bed and full size bathroom. On the second floor the master bedroom includes a king bed, the second bedroom includes a queen bed and bunk bed, the third sleeping area is a loft that includes two sets of bunks, sleeper sofa and second kitchen. There is also a full size bathroom on second floor. The two kitchens are fully stocked, including plates, cups, utensils, coffee pots, toasters, slow cookers, blenders, spices, etc. We stock initial toilet paper and paper towel, as well as, all towels and linens. Traveling with children? We have included a baby gate, pack n' play You will have unit only wifi and access to Netflix. The second living area/bunkhouse stays quiet while others are gathering downstairs, our children sleep there with no problems. The upstairs fireplace is not active due to sleeping arrangements. We are continuously making improvements to the condo and are always open to feedback. No Pets or Smoking allowed, thank you for your understanding. ALL GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN A RENTAL AGREEMENT FORM PROVIDED BY THE CONDO ASSOCIATION PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
