This apartment is 16 km from Chartres and only a few kilometers from the highway exit. We offer an independent apartment including a bedroom area with a 160 bed, a living room with a 2 seater sofa bed, there is a fridge, a microwave, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is no partition between the bedroom and living room. This room is completely renovated. Please note the pool is only open during the period from June 20 to September 13, 2026
