The Garden Bed & Breakfast is located in the small friendly village of Over Haddon, just 2 miles from the town of Bakewell in the beautiful Peak District National Park. We are just 6 miles from Chatsworth House so ideally situated for attending their events, Haddon Hall is 4 miles away. Our Bed & Breakfast overlooks the Lathkill Dale, a lovely nature reserve with walks to both Monyash and Youlgrave. We offer a friendly personal service and aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The space We have 2 lovely En-Suite rooms available. THIS LISTING IS FOR ROOM 2 OF TWO ROOMS AVAILABLE. Please see our other listing for the Super-Kingsize / Twin room available. ROOM 2 is a King-Size room. Both rooms have comfortableVi-Spring beds , lovely pure cotton bedding and hypoallergenic down quilts. Both have en-suite bathrooms with under-floor heating, complimentary toiletries, bathrobes & fluffy white towels. The bedrooms have Wifi, satellite TV, cool air fans, hair-dryers, beautiful White Company & Laura Ashley furniture. Complimentary beverages trays with a variety of teas, ground coffee and fresh milk. Breakfast is served either indoors overlooking the our garden and the beautiful Nature Reserve or on a warm morning you can dine outside, sat on the terrace enjoying the scenery and the many visiting birds. Guest access The Bedrooms are for your sole use. The gardens are for your private use at all times. They overlook the Lathkill Dale a national nature reserve with a lovely river running along it. We have private off road parking for two cars. During your stay Mark and myself will be available when needed as we live on site but will give our guests the privacy they want. Other things to note Our Bed & Breakfast guests have complete private use of the garden where you can enjoy tea and cake. We also have two Scotties Maisie and Eddie who are very much part of the family and even though they are not allowed in guests rooms they will greet you on arrival and be your best friends at breakfast time. They are a breed that do not lose hair and are generally quiet but if you have concerns regarding the dogs please let us know and we will do our utmost to accommodate you.
