White guest house in Sya

The small white guest house on our villa plot is 25 sqm and contains most of the amenities you need for a few nights. Outside, you will find a small undisturbed patio with raspberry fields as a neighbor and overlooking the entire garden. Quiet area close to Svartån. In the village there is also Kaptensbostaden, which offers auctions and has its own interior design shop with limited opening hours. The space New and fresh "compact living- home" of 25 pleasant functional square meters with amenities such as air conditioning, underfloor heating in the bathroom, simpler kitchenette and patio. There's also a charcoal grill for outdoor use and outdoor kitchen. Guest access Undisturbed accommodation with private parking, private furnished patio, drying line and views of the family garden. Possibility to rent family kayak for 100 :-/occasion/day. Possibility to charge an electric car for a fee. Two older bicycles are available to borrow (a women's and a men's bike). Other things to note Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate any pets in our guesthouse in consideration of other guests with allergic inconvenience! Adjacent to the guest house is a swim spa that is not available to Airbnb guests. Any smoking is only outside.
