White guest house in Sya

The small white guest house on our villa plot is 25 sqm and contains most of the amenities you need for a few nights. Outside, you will find a small undisturbed patio with raspberry fields as a neighbor and overlooking the entire garden. Quiet area close to Svartån. In the village there is also Kaptensbostaden, which offers auctions and has its own interior design shop with limited opening hours. The space New and fresh "compact living accommodation" of 25 cozy functional square meters with amenities such as air conditioning, underfloor heating in the bathroom, simple kitchenette and patio. Guest access Undisturbed accommodation with private parking, private furnished patio, drying line and view over the family's garden. Possibility to rent the family's kayak for 100 SEK/occasion/day. Possibility to charge electric car for a fee. Two older bicycles are available to borrow (one women's and one men's bicycle). Other things to note Unfortunately, we cannot accept any pets in our guest house with regard to other guests with allergic problems! Smoking is only allowed outdoors.
