Located facing West on 7th hole of the Palmer Private Golf Course. The space PGA West Palmer Private Residences/La Quinta Resort fully upgraded home with western facing views on the Golf Course, Lake and with Breathtaking Santa Rosa Mountains as your backdrop which are enchantingly lit at night. We are just over two miles to Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals. The home has Two-Bedrooms/Morning Room with Sofa Sleeper/Two-Baths which will sleep up to six people. Wake up in the Master Bedroom with full views of the Majestic mountains each morning and evening sunsets as well as your own Master private bath. Or, sleep in with the darkness of the electronic outdoor shades. The Guest Bedroom has it's own private bath which also has a second door for privacy or can be used for extra guests. The two patio's on the Golf Course face West and has a comfy sitting area, fire pit and outdoor dining area. Watch the Sunset whilst enjoying your cocktails in the evening while the hummingbirds go crazy getting their last drink for the night. The sounds at sunset are incredible with the beautiful songs of the birds and humming of the hummingbirds, in the evenings listen to the Owl's. We are just steps to the Pool. We offer a wireless Sono's System which you can download the App to your SmartPhone and link directly to the system to play your favorite tunes. The private courtyard entry has a gas grill and offers a third outdoor seating area. At approximately 1550 feet, this home has one king-size bed in the Master Suite, one queen-size bed in the Guest Room, and a queen-size sofa sleeper located in the Morning Room. The Master and Guest Bath both offer world class luxuries found in most five star hotels to include granite counters, vessel sinks and beautiful marble flooring. The laundry room offers a full-size front load washer and dryer. WIFI and air printer available for those who may want to work remotely. Located just steps away from the many pools and hot tubs most with restrooms and some with showers. PGA West offers six golf courses with 3 open to the public, plus nearby the 100's the desert has to offer. Host of the Amex Professional Golf Tournament. Enjoy shopping, fine dining, and entertainment in nearby Old Town La Quinta. Also located nearby are casinos, polo, horseback riding, jeep tours, hot air ballooning, tennis, BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament, world-class spas, bike riding, fishing, hiking, and much, much more. Pets are welcome and must be pre-approved upon your reservation, extra pet charges apply. FESTIVAL SEASON: We are fortunate enough that our HOA allows short term rentals during the Festival Season each April. There are rules that they enforce as not to disturb our residents here at PGA West, please be a Good Neighbor. Please read the following as to respect to our neighbors and fellow Guests: *You shall receive a Rental Agreement and Emergency/Guest List which will be required to be filled out. Our HOA will also send us Rules & Regs during this time of year with parking restrictions, late night noise restrictions, # of occupants per home which we will pass along to you as the Guest. *There shall be no extra guests in the home other than those listed on your Emergency/Guest List. Maximum number of guests is 6. No Parties. No calling in guests to the Guard Gate with the exception of Uber or Food Deliveries. If we find that you have exceeded your guest list you will be reported to Airbnb and evicted with no refund. The Host has the right to inspect the home if we feel that the home is being compromised. *Parking restrictions shall apply with the garage being used first, secondary parking in the driveway and lastly street parking. No more than four cars per household, the Guards at the Gate will issue you a Pass which will need to be displayed on your dashboard in clear view. Your cars shall not block driveways, mailboxes and shall be parked in the direction of traffic. If you receive any citations while at the home you will be responsible for payment of such. *Uber/Lyft or a bike is a great way to get to/from the Festivals, please let your Host know if you will be using this service as we will need to allow them through the Guard Gate. Guest access Our guests will have access to the many community pools and hot tub which are located just steps out the back or front door of the home and offer free WiFi. Most have restrooms and some have showers. Please keep your noises to a minimum when using in the evening. Your cooperation is appreciated. The home is located in a private gated community, therefore all guests staying in the home will need to be registered at the guard gate prior to arrival. You will receive an Guest/Emergency Information Sheet prior to your arrival where you can list your guests who will be staying in the home. Any changes to your list or if you need to allow entrance for cabs/Uber/Lyft, or outside transportation you will need to let the Host know in advance. Guests of the home will not be able to call the security gate directly to allow entrance of guests or transportation, this is only during the festival season. This will avoid any uncomfortable situation that may arise while trying to gain entrance. Other things to note We require a Rental Agreement along with a copy of a Government Issued ID. We also require a Guest/Emergency List of who will be staying in the home as well as information in the event of an Emergency. This will all be emailed to you when your reservation is confirmed. Prior to your arrival we will email you a Welcome Letter. This will provide you all of the information necessary for an effortless arrival. Pets approved on a case by case basis, $100 per pet/per stay. 11% Occupancy tax shall be paid on rental portion by tenant which shall be paid via Airbnb Resolution Center for stays less than 30 days.
