First bedroom has 2 full beds with a big luxurious bath. Second bedroom has 1 queen bed. Third bedroom has 1 full bed and 1 twin bunk bed. Bonus room with beach view has 1 sofa bed and a futon. Kitchen has stove range with oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and all the utensils for complete cooking needs. An outdoor grill on the back patio. Laundry room has a washer and dryer. This home has centralized heat and air conditioning. The living room has a comfortable couch and a 55" inch smart tv and xbox for your entertainment needs. Last but not the least, loads of board games in the living room and bonus room. Guest access Can access the entire home except for the garage and a closet in the second floor. Other things to note Please note that it is a very quiet neighborhood. No loud music/ noise especially after 9 p.m. in the evening. At any point of time during the stay, the number of guests shouldn't exceed the reservation count. The driveway should not have more than 3-4 cars. No house parties or gatherings. No fireworks allowed around the property or back trail to the beach. Please no shoes inside the house.
