Charming Vineyard Cottage

It is located in typical Bela Krajina’s area surrounded with vineyards and just 5 kilometres by car from Črnomelj. The space Guests are allowed to use entire 1st floor and attic (with their own entrance) which comprises of kitchen, small bathroom, dining room with sofa (double bed) and attic with three single beds. Stairs to the attic are very steep and not suitable for young children.Outside the house are a big dining table and grill which you can use. Please note that this is a country house and water is not drinkable. House is very close (5 min walking) to a forest. You can organise hiking tips to Mirna Gora mountain, cycling trips or swimming and canoeing in the river Kolpa (closest swimming location is 15-20 min by car). Spa in Dolenjske Toplice is just 30 km away. If you stay for longer location is perfect for 1-day getaway trips to Slovenian capital Ljubljana, Croatian capital Zagreb, Plitvice Lakes National Park and just 1.5 hour away from Croatian seacoast. My family might come and use wine cellar and do some work in the vineyard and garden, but that should not disturb you as the cottage is on big land. Other things to note Please be aware that there is as wine cellar on the ground floor and garden on the other side of the vineyard which is for our personal use only. Me & family might use the parking space, wine cellar and garden or do some work in the vineyard, but will make sure not to disturb you. Local tax is NOT included in the price.
