Do you want to live on the beach? This is a unique house placed right next to the famous beach of southern Falster. The house is totally new renovated. There are a lot of nice scandinavian design details. It has a nice garden and several terraces around the house. In summertime the terraces work as a very spacious livingroom. You can play in the garden, relax in the sun or go to the beach. The house is placed in a quiet area. If you want more fun/restaurants you can drive to Marielyst. The space Beautiful nature all around the house. The beach, fields and the forrest. Marielyst is 10 min drive. Here there are a lot fun to do; bowling, gocart, golf, minigolf, soccergolf and there a shopping and a lot of nice restaurants. Nykøbing is 25 km from the house and its a bigger city if you want to go shopping. Guest access All the house is yours ;-) we lock up our little guesthouse. We put all our personal stuff there. Other things to note Electricity will be charged after your stay. The electricity you use is not part of the rent. You must pay that after your stay. The cost of electricity is 4 Dkr pr KWH. We have a new and effective Electric heater and a wood stove.
