We specialize in short-long term stays for traveling professionals looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay while in town. Perfectly located in a safe and quiet area between two of St. Louis's popular neighborhoods (The Hill & Maplewood) , this charming home resides within short drive of many of St. Louis's major hospital's, downtown businesses, and city attractions. The space This space is set up perfectly for your long term stay needs, as a travel nurse on contract rotation, business professional on an extended work trip, or recent re-locator to the St. Louis area for a new job, needing a place to call home while you look to buy, all without the hassle of being locked into a 12 month lease. Our home has been set up for both Private stay and Private room /Shared Stay experiences with the host homeowner (subject to the the time of year). For Private stay experiences, you will get to enjoy all the luxuries and spaced the home has to provide, which include private parking, two fully equipped bedrooms with blackout curtains, a fully finished basement lounge area, coffee bar, and den / home office room, and private backyard patio. For private room/shared stay experiences, the home has been, adequately set up to allow as little or as much interaction with homeowner as you may desire. For shared stays, there are multiple common spaces, however several areas will be primarily allocated for semi-exclusive guest use as desired (see below). *Guest room: Your room contains a comfy queen-size bed with memory foam topper, full size dresser, small closet, night stand, and TV - with streaming services and local channels. Room is cozy with plenty of light, and has also been set up with blackout curtains to assist with your sleeping needs if working night shifts. Room will come with a door lock for peace of mind. *Bathroom: Home has 1.5 bath (Full bath upstairs and half bath downstairs). **Half Bath - Guest will be given semi-exclusive access to downstairs bathroom so you have your own bathroom for storing your personal toiletries and forgetting ready for work/play. **Full bathroom shower will be shared. Host will use the full bathroom for getting ready in the mornings. *Living room /Den / Home office : The upstairs living room area can be used semi-exclusively by the guest as a primary lounge area if limited interaction is desired. This area is equipped with a office desk space for your remote work applications or after hours projects. Full Common spaces: *Kitchen: You will have full access to the kitchen for their cooking needs. There is a Full Coffee Bar with French Press, Steam Espresso Machine, and flavorings available for guest use. Isolated cabinet space will be provided for your grocery needs as well as allocated space in the fridge and open space in the basement freezer. You will be expected to pick up after yourself when cooking/assist with general cleaning from your day to day use, and help with dishware cleaning/trash removal as necessary. *Patio: You will have access to the patio and backyard. . *Basement: You will have full access to washer and dryer area. Downstairs living area will be homeowners main lounge space but may be used as a common space. **Separate Laundry and storage room is located in the basement for guest use **There is a stocked bar downstairs which is NOT permitted for use without explicit homeowner consent. ** When applicable, the Basement serves as the Hosts home office space during the work week. Guest access Quiet neighbor area, with on street and off street parking available. Street is in a low traffic area so on street parking is generally available. Other things to note I do not have any pets, however my significant other has two full size dogs (Mello & Marvel) that visit occasionally. They are sweet and quiet dogs. When here they are kept in the back yard to play, gated in the basement area if we are home, or in a dog kennel in the basement if we are out and about.
