Nice light room with desk in a relaxed house. Use of kitchen, off street parking & garden you can enjoy. Cyclists welcome, tools available if needed. On the outskirts of Leamington Spa, there are two pubs in the village & convenience shops (Sainsburys Local etc.) close by. Leamington town centre is within easy reach with its many restaurants, bars and pubs. There is easy access to the University of Warwick, JLR (bus to Gaydon leaves nearby), Ricardo, Stoneleigh & Kenilworth. Guest access You will have use of the kitchen, shared bathroom and garden during your stay. Bicycles can be accommodated too. Other things to note I can be flexible with check in, so ask if you have any special requirements.
