Immerse yourself in our Gulf Coast paradise. Second floor, 3 BR unit of two unit condo with pool shared between only the two units. The heated pool area is an oasis! Each unit has its own private outdoor seating/grill area. One car garage & 2 car spaces, ideally located 1/2 block to the white sands and azure waters of Bradenton Beach and two blocks to the Bay with access for kayaks, picnic area, playground, basketball court and two new pickleball courts. The beach sunsets are spectacular! The space Starfish House, has all the amenities. Unique coastal furnishings give the space an upscale island feel featuring many one of a kind, hand painted furnishings and decor. It is very comfortable with a tv in each bedroom as well as a 50" tv on a swivel mount in the living room. The open concept makes the unit feel spacious and bright. The kitchen is well appointed for any cook with all stainless steel appliances, fully stocked spice cabinet, and most cooking and baking essentials. Dining on the deck with seating for 6-8, featuring color changing cafe lighting and overlooking the pool offers a great outdoor dining option. The deck has a latched gate to provide extra security and limit access to the stairs leading to the pool. The pool area has a private, covered sitting area offering a great spot to enjoy appetizers while cooking on the Weber gas grill. There is a guest closet housing pool and beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and inflatables. A beach wagon is provided to haul everything the short 1/2 block walk out the back gate to the beach. The master bedroom also has a private balcony with seating for two to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine or cocktail. The unit is equipped with a port-a-crib, bed rails for toddlers and a high chair. A washer and dryer are also included in the unit. Only two units share the heated pool. *We do not charge an extra fee for heating the pool. Guest access You have the entire floor to yourself, plus the private and common outdoor areas as described in the photo descriptions. A guest closet contains various beach and pool supplies. A wagon is also available in the garage to carry items back and forth to the beach. There is a one car garage and two additional parking places for the unit. We have also added a universal EV charging outlet in the garage. * you need to supply your own charging cable Other things to note You are less than two miles to Historic Bridge Street where you can browse through local gift shops, fish on the historic pier or eat, drink and be merry at one of the many local establishments which often include live music. Anna Maria Island is seven miles long with unique shops and restaurants at both ends. Pine Street, on the north end of the island is the counterpart to Bridge Street here on the south end. Coquina Beach is just south of Bridge Street. It is an absolutely beautiful beach with changing rooms, restrooms, picnic areas, a playground, life guards and a cafe. The parking at Coquina is free. Be careful not to street park anywhere on the island with your tires off the grass and on the pavement. You will get a ticket! There are also a few "Pay to Park" areas. Be wary, these are privately owned and the cost to park is exorbitant!
