Charming independent studio

This large rustic, independent and welcoming studio is set in an old barn with exposed beams, in the heart of a small typical Alsatian village away from the tourist trails. The train station, a three-minute walk away, opens the doors to Alsace. Ideal for young couples. The space "L'Annexe" is a large independent studio of 45 m² with rustic charm, located in the attic of a renovated barn with exposed beams and a colorful and warm atmosphere. You will find a large welcoming space containing a bedroom and living room area, a pleasant dining area and kitchen. In summer, you can enjoy the shared garden for a quiet meal, while during the holidays a Christmas tree will welcome you inside when you return from getaways in the cold. Guest access "L'Annexe" has a bathroom (sink, toilet, shower, towels provided), a kitchen area (fridge, electric stove, mini-oven, coffee maker, kettle, dishes provided, but beware: no sink!), many board games for peaceful evenings free from television ;o) A small, secluded courtyard, shared with the owners of the premises, will welcome you for a breakfast for two, or a quiet aperitif. Other things to note The Annex is a place people usually like to occupy. It is not perfect and has a country and rustic side, but we love it and we hope you will have the best stay there :o) Please note that you have to take a staircase without a railing to access the accommodation, and the only water point is in the bathroom ;o) For safety reasons, the wood stove located in the apartment must not be used (and we are so sorry...).
