It has an outstanding outdoor dining and leisure space that is perfect for entertaining and enjoying delicious Greek dinners whilst looking out to the sea. The space Anemos Sea Villa, sits on a plot of approximately 5000 sq.m. and is directly opposite a sandy beach. There is a paved driveway just past the property's main entrance which leads to the private parking inside the villa. The house has 3 floors and it is positioned between an olive grove and the sea. Ground floor: The ground floor contains a cozy, spacious living room with sofas and a TV, a large and fully equipped kitchen, with all kitchenware and electrical appliances that you may need during your accommodation and an even bigger space between the kitchen and the living room. This space serves both as a living room and dining area. It contains a large dining table and glass balcony doors separate that space from the outside of the villa. This makes the dining space very bright, and gives you an amazing panoramic view with the swimming pool area on the foreground. When you open the glass balcony doors, you can enjoy the cool sea breeze while sitting or having lunch inside! On the ground floor, there is also one bedroom with a Queen size bed (160cm X 200cm) and a bathroom with a shower. The outside space of the ground floor is the ideal place to enjoy the Greek summer. It is very bright and spacious and equipped with garden furniture, a large outdoor lunch/dinning table, a BBQ, and an additional outside fridge. It is a great space to cook, eat, enjoy a cold drink or just relax and enjoy the sunset in front of the blue sea. A pergola protects the outside space from the sun. In front of this space lies the villa's swimming pool, with a deck all around equipped with sunbeds. It is the perfect place for sunbathing. This swimming pool, has a depth of 2m. at its deepest point and 0.5m depth at the shallower end, so that both adults and children can enjoy it. There is also an extensive landscaped garden surrounding the outdoor dining/leisure area. The garden is filled with plants and trees, creating the perfect opportunity for adults, youngsters and pets to enjoy different experiences within the property. 1st floor: On the villa's first floor, you will find 3 separate bedrooms.Two out of the three bedrooms have a single bed each (100cm x 200cm), while the third bedroom has one Queen size bed (160cm x 200cm). This floor, also has also a bathroom with a shower. The bedrooms, share a large balcony, approximately 50sq.m. , with an amazing view of the garden, the pool area and the beautiful Argolic Gulf. This outside space, is also protected from the sun by a pergola and equipped with two tables and chairs. Lower Ground floor : The lower ground floor consists of 2 more bedrooms with Queen size bed each (160cm X 200cm) , 1 bathroom with shower and another fully equipped kitchen with all required electrical appliances. Finally, on the lower ground floor, you will find an additional spacious room, that serves as a storage unit which is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, an iron and an ironing board. All of the rooms and inside areas of Anemos Villa, are bright, spacious, modernly decorated, and fully air-conditioned. Fresh fish, fruits, bottled water and vegetables are available in most stores. - Restaurants : There are many and some of our favourites are Alexandra - a must go, Salt & Pepper, Drougas Bakery for freshly made Greek baked goods, breakfast or light snacks, Ostria cafe at the far end of the harbor is a great place for cockteils, To ouzeri tou psara fish tavern and Papadias, a longtime favorite fish restaurant. - Liquor Stores : The largest is Bissias Wine Spirits. - Shopping : Porto Heli, Kranidi and in Spetses island offer a large selection of styles. - Nightlife : Local cafes & cocktail bars are along the harbor, but don't miss a chance to head over to the "old harbour" in Spetses island, where the real nightlife is very good. There are 2 water taxis conveniently from Porto Heli harbor, but there are also from Kosta that provides a quicker and cheaper ride, but parking can be a challenge during busy times. PLACES where we ENJOY GOING - Porto Heli is ideally suited for local travel to Ermioni, Didima, Kranidi or Koilada. Locations of more historical significance include the ancient amphitheater at Epidavros, the ruins of Mycenae and the picturesque fort at Nafplion by land and to Hydra, Spetses and Monemvasia by sea. - One special place we enjoy with our grandchildren is "Giagias Family Farm". The hosts guide the children through their organic farm including feeding the turkeys, chicken, geese, goats and lamp. They harvest the fresh eggs, walk through the fresh vegetable garden and prepare breakfast, lunch, brunch and dinner. - Bouboulina Museum & Katafyki Gorge. - Ermionis Honey Museum and shop. Another great place to visit with children. - Only minutes away is Kosta, where you can take a 5-minute water taxi ride to Spetses for excellent night life, daytime shopping adventures and swimming or explore the endless coastline for private swimming coves if you choose. - Swimming nearby is divided generally into 2 areas : west along the road towards Ververonda & east towards Kosta.
