Cozy Home adjacent to Park in Pickerington

Our home is in a quiet neighborhood in a suburb of Columbus and sits right on a lovely park with a view from the den/patio. There is one large bedroom on the basement level and you will have access to the large back yard with a patio and grill + fire pit and park. Pickerington is located 30 minutes from the airport, Downtown Columbus, the Arena district, the Short North, OSU campus and the beautiful Hocking Hills region. I aim to make you feel right at home! The space The main area for guests is very private and much like a basement apt. It has a queen bed + large TV, lounge furniture, some light workout equipment and a 1/2 bath. There is a 2nd bedroom with a double bed which is available occasionally for overflow. The common areas like the den, kitchen, dining area, patio, and back yard are all available to guests. The park is accessible from the back yard. Also, I am willing to provide transportation for a minimal fee when possible - just inquire. Guest access You will have access through the front door. Parking is available in the driveway or on the street. During your stay I am available to interact and possibly go out and/or be your chauffeur to local spots or the Columbus area provided that I am not working. There are some local places to check out nearby and I am familiar with many neighborhoods of Columbus. Other things to note Columbus and the surrounding areas have so much to do and I am happy to help you with information about restaurants, shopping, hiking, etc. There are some unique and somewhat hidden gems nearby that might be difficult to locate w/o some guidance! If you are interested in venturing to Hocking Hills, I am familiar with that area as well.
